Ubud is a beautiful inland destination in Bali and a must-visit for travellers exploring the island. Ubud is located north of Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, with the journey taking around 1 to 2 hours depending on traffic. The central area of Ubud is along Monkey Forest Road, which is ideal for families thanks to its easy walkability, family-friendly restaurants and shops and proximity to attractions such as the Sacred Monkey Forest, parks and cultural sites.

While resorts with dedicated kids’ facilities can be harder to find in Ubud they can be found!
